Hello Parents!
I
hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday!
Congrads to Sean Barone and all our Turkey
Trot Participants!
Special Thanks to Tammy Swink for organizing that special Event with our Wellness
Committee, glad to see that it is becoming a tradition at West Vincent!
We have so much to be
thankful for at West Vincent Elementary and all the Volunteers and PTA Board have really worked hard to make our Special Events
a success. Thank you Parents without you we could not achieve our goals.
Our Bookfair, Fall Fest
and Mom's Tea were all well attended and it was nice to see how much fun our families were having, We are a huge family
at West Vincent and the support and participation that we see is amazing!
Our Membership Directories
will be out shortly we have had a hard time with the program PAPTA is requiring us to use. Thanks to our Recording Secretary,
Trish Poley we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and will get them out as quickly as possible. Thank you for being
patient.
Don't forget to check our website so you can stay informed about upcoming events
and see what the PTA is doing for your child. It is being updated constantly.
We will have a
Special PTA Meeting on Monday the 30th in the Library at 6:30 to do needed business, there will be no speakers
in attendance.
As an extra Holiday Bonus we will have a Parent/Teacher Workshop available that day
from 3:15-7:00, to make Turkish Marbling Silk Scarves these make wonderful holiday gifts, I hope to see you all there,
Mr. Aldorassi is an amazing Artist and you will enjoy working with him. He will be at West Vincent throughout the year working
with our students.
