Joining your West Vincent PTA is easy as 1 - 2 - 3 !

1.  Print out the membership form below and return it completed to the school with your dues payment.  Checks can be made out to "WVES PTA".   For membership questions, please email Diane Banks.

2.  If you'd like to make a direct donation to the PTA, also include the UnFundRaiser form.   Details on that program are listed later down this page.     For UnFundRaiser questions, please email Michelle Whalen.

3.  Input your family information into the School Directory.  Our 2011/2012 The directory will only be available online and members AND non-members must input their directory information via the link provided.  Your WVES PTA is excited to present this new online directory service which allows the WV school community to add and update their own information quickly.  It also allows the PTA to get the directory out to you earlier than ever before!

 A logon has already been set up for your convenience.   Click here and you will be directed to the link to create your directory information.  As you input your information you will be able to select which items are visible in the directory.   A confirmation email will be sent to your email account on file for you to verify the information.   This will not be an immediate email, so please be patient while are directory staff personally review your input.   Should you need to change information once the initial entry has been created, a different link will be provided for you do to so.  That link will be available shortly.  Families can create entries any time during the year, so this directory will always be up to date.  For directory questions,  please email Jill Reese.

Please consider contributing to the Unfundraiser, basically write a check to the "West Vincent PTA" and we receive 100% of the proceeds.

Remember to let grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. know about this if they would typically help out your child’s school.

  PTA Executive Board Positions

 If your experiences and talents can help our PTA, please consider stepping up and running for one of our Executive Board positions.  Elections are held every May for these positions:


The President
- Runs all WVPTA meetings, represents the school at OJR council, serves on all committees except for nominating committee, the electing committee, and the auditing committee (if authorized to sign checks).


1st and 2nd Presidents
act as aides to the president and perform the president's duties in the president's absence or inability to serve.


The Recording Secretary should record the minutes of all meetings, maintain the current copy of the bylaws and membership list, present a written copy of the previous meetings records at each meeting, and have at each meeting written records of the previous 12 meetings.


The Treasurer shall have custody of and maintain a full account of the funds of WVPTA, Submit dues, provide a written financial statement to the executive board at each meeting, present an annual report of the financial condition to membership, have accounts examined annually, have books available for inspection when requested.


Corresponding Secretary
handles all thank you notes/correspondence on behalf of the PTA and shares notes received.
