Website Submission Policies and Procedures
The West Vincent PTA Website has been created to give our PTA members access to information only related to the events and programs that are of a joint effort between WVES PTA and our elementary school.  This will be our primary communication tool so check the website often.  If you need OJR School District information, you must see the OJR Website for details.  We have provided a hotlink to the OJR website and they have provided a hotlink to ours so it will be easy to toggle back and forth if needed.  We are committed to providing information that is up-to-date and accurate.   

Committee Chairmen, if you have information about your committee or upcoming event, this is your place to advertise.  Send us all you can to you make your announcement informative - descriptions, email and/or phone contacts, pictures, clipart, photos, files that you'd like to be downloadable - get as creative as you can.    We will help you create a spot on our website, you just need to get the information to us.   You also have a Board member to oversee your committee and help you publicize so please keep them in the loop.  It is our policy that any information contained here be approved by both our PTA Executive Board and our principal, Barbara Guy.  Please make sure you give yourself enough lead time for the approval process as it can take 1-2 weeks.  

All WESPTA members,  if you have information you would like to see on our website or have a request to post something please let us know about it!  Again, it is our policy that any information contained here must be pertain to our PTA and the elementary school and it must be approved by both our PTA Executive Board and our principal, Barbara Guy before it will be posted.
