February Market Day Promotion
The month of February is our Cookie Bonus Days, everyone that places an order of $40 or more will have their
name placed to win one of three boxes of cookies, we will call three names before Market Day pick-up to see who has won.
We have a new cookie which is great for the summer it is the Lemon Cooler Cookie, it is great just to make a few at a time
and it is delicious, give it a try. Remember our cookie dough is no scoop all selections are pre-portioned for easy
baking. Starting also in February through April is our frequent buyer program to receive a Mite 'N' Mighty Stool,
check out the picture on the flyer going home this week. Make two purchases of $40 between February and April, then
place a third order of $40 in May to receive your stool free in the May order. The stool folds flat for easy storage in just
one step, it is kid friendly too, it can reach the sink or use in the playroom. Please remember to keep supporting Market
Day and help support our school. Remember to try some our samples at our Second Annual Silent Auction on February 5th. Place your internet orders at marketday.com by 11p.m. on Thursday the 11th. Pick-up is Wednesday, February 17th in the cafeteria from 5:00p.m. to
6:00p.m.

NOVEMBER MARKET DAY UPDATE!
Thank you to everyone who donated a pie to our fundraiser for North Coventry, we
have 12 pies to send to the North Coventry food bank. Christina Casey will be delivering the
pies tomorrow so they will have them on Thanksgiving day.
DECEMBER MARKET DAY SPECIAL

West Vincent Families and Staff,
The December sale is our cookie dough bonus days,
the more you buy the more profit our school will earn. Anyone who spends forty dollars or more will have their named entered
into a drawing to win two different kinds of cookie dough. We will draw two names and each person that wins will receive two
boxes of cookie dough.
This month we
are offering a drawing for all West Vincent teachers and staff, if you spend thirty dollars or more on Market Day items your
name will be entered to win a thirty dollar Staples reward card good at the store or online. We will draw the name after Market
Day pick-up on the 9th of December, the winning name will receive their Staples reward card on December 10th.
Please place orders online by December 3rd before
11p.m. Pick-up is Wednesday December 9th between 5:00p.m. and 6:00p.m.

Welcome to Market Day at West Vincent Elementary!
Our school community is participating in a fundraising food program called Market Day. Market Day, the original fundraising
food co-op, has been in operation since 1975 and has grown to include thousands of schools just like ours. Each month, as a participating Market Day school, restaurant-quality food products,
from the same vendors that supply many upscale restaurants, will be available for purchase. Market Day products are competitively
priced and our organization will earn profit on your purchases.
The order sheet will be coming home once
a month with your student. You can return your order form to school or place your order online. If you are
ordering online and have ordered Market Day in the past from another school, don't forget to change your pick-up location
to West Vincent Elementary (Account # 27015). Pick-ups are one Wednesday
a month from 5:00 - 6:00 pm in the cafeteria.

Market Day News ---- If you have prepaid and your are unable to make it during pickup times, a freezer is now available to store your
order. You must contact Nancy prior to pickup to have your order stored.
September Market Day Sale:
The Market Day sale for September has begun! Since paper orders are due September 4th which is before the start of
school, I am asking that if you do place an order, please do so through www.marketday.com.
All Internet orders are due by 11 p.m. on September
10th. Need help to navigate the website? Please let me know and I will be happy to assist you. When placing your order be
sure to use our West Vincent account number 27015. If you would like a paper order form I have placed some in the school office,
or you can contact me, I can make arrangements to deliver an order form to you.
To all who have not tried Market Day, it is a great fundraiser for our school and many of the children and parents enjoy
the menu. Market Day has a great selection of foods and so many healthy options. My family enjoys the chicken steaks, asparagus,
and my kids love the french toast sticks for breakfast. There is also a great selection of desserts. Please help out and place
your order for September, on line by the 10th.
Pick up is in the school cafeteria on Wednesday, September 16th between 5:00 and
6:00 p.m. If anyone is able to help and volunteer to unload the truck, set up and pack, we start at 4:15p.m. As always thank
you to all who have ordered in the past and who help out it is greatly appreciated.
