Relay for Life of Pottstown

Research has shown that one in three people will have cancer in their lifetime.  Every day people are fighting cancer and fighting to find a cure!  You can join West Vincent’s Relay for Life Team to help support those fighting cancer and those who are searching for a cure! 

Who:  West Vincent Community Members

What:  The Relay for Life of Pottstown is a twenty four hour event to fight cancer!  (To learn more about what Relay for Life is, you can visit www.relayforlife.org)

Where:  Pottsgrove Middle School: 

1345 Kauffman Road

 Pottstown, PA 19464

When:  June 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. to June 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.

1.             Go to www.relayforlife.org/papottstown

2.             Click on “sign up”

3.             Click on “join a team”

4.             In the “Team Name” box, type in West Vincent Team Lilly

5.             Click “Search for a team”

6.             In the search box, you will see West Vincent Team Lilly and Megan Ryan.  In that same box, you find the word “join” as a link.  Click on “join”.

7.             Then, you will need to select a “Participation Type”.  Click in the circle next to “Team PARTICIPANT Registration.

8.             After you click in the circle next to “Team PARTICIPANT Registration, scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click “next step”.

9.             Then, you will click on “new user” on the next webpage and then click “next step”.

10.        Fill out all of the “Contact Information” on the next webpage and then click “next step” at the bottom.

11.        Follow the rest of the directions on the webpage to make your $10.00 Relay Donation.
