This is a quick summary of changes to the website contained
in the latest update.
March 7, 2010:
The website was updated with
new weekly reminders, information on the success our Blood Drive and the KKids book collection, Middle school transition
meetings for 6th graders, Earth Day tee shirt contest, requests for yearbook pictures and summer field hockey camp information.
February 28, 2010:
The website was
updated with new weekly reminder, information on IM Softball, 2010/2011 PTA nominating committee, the OJR Spring
musical, the Roberts Athletic Association Handbag bingo and the rescheduled author visit.
February 22, 2010:
The website was updated with a corrected invitation and directions
to the Silent Auction. The location has been moved to 3902 Powell Road in the Byers Station Development. Many more items
were also added to the auction catalog.

21, 2010:
The website was updated with new weekly reminders, information on the language club, March All Pro
Dad Breakfast, Spring Dance and Books for One campaign, updates on the WV wish list, a generic Reading Incentive calendar
for download and the addition of a new "Summer Camp" page to list this summer's opportunities.
February 15, 2010:
The website
was updated with new weekly reminders, information on the Girls on the Run program, Hershey Park Discount tickets and
the spring Parent/Teacher conferences.

7, 2010:
The website was updated with new weekly reminders, new pta meetings have been added to the calendar,
a wish list from teachers and staff at WV, new individual web pages have been added for the Wellness committee, Intramurals
and KKids, Information on a CCUI Summer Academy and finally a new "Quick Links" section has been added to the
homepage to allow faster access to program information.
February 3, 2010:
The website was updated with additional Silent Auction items and information
on the 2 new PTA special meetings.

Silent Auction items and I.M. Basketball information.

31, 2010:
The website was updated with the Silent Auction catalog of items up for bid, our new February Cookie
promotion for Market Day, details on our Spring Book Fair, pictures from the All Pro Dad's breakfast, new calendar items
(K-Kid Events and Spaghetti Dinner), Green Valley Nature Camp information and our Blood drive information.
January 25, 2010:
The website was updates with new information on the Fundraiser
page and information on the collection for the people of Haiti.

The website was updated with new weekly reminders, information on My Friendly Neighbor fundraiser,
the West Vincent walking club and its request for volunteers, the February All Pro Dad's breakfast announcement and our
2010 WVES Science Fair winners.
January 18, 2010:
The
website was updated with new weekly reminders, information on the Girls on the Run program at WVES, photos from
Bingo Night and K-Kids monthly calendars.

14, 2010:
The website was updated with changes to the PTA board, a parent donation request from the Post Prom committee,
two new events - Math night and Meet the Author, a Market Day testimonial from a satisfied customer and a request for people
to join the 2010/2011 PTA Officer nominating committee.
January 11, 2010:
The website was updated with new weekly updates, the accepted minutes of
the 11/30 PTA meeting, 2009 Reflections Council Level winners, Silent Auction donation request, new speaker for the
next PTA meeting, the 1/13 PTA meeting agenda, information on the Meet the Superintendent event at our school and
an alert for parents.
January 4, 2010:
The
website was updated with new weekly updates, new details on the next PTA meeting and information on the All Pro Dad Breakfast,
Pizza Bingo Night and the photo gallery from the Ice Skating Event. The January Reading Incentive log has been added
to the handouts page and new information was added to the 1/17 F.I.T. event on the calendar page.
December 20, 2009:
The website was updated with new weekly updates, new
details on the next PTA meeting and information on the All Pro Dad Breakfast.

15, 2009:
The website was updated with new weekly reminders, a news letter from our WV library and information
on the Wellness Committee's Ice skating event, the latest edition of "The Principal's Corner", Lion's
club towel collection for the SPCA and the PA snow pass for 4th and 5th graders. New volunteer opportunities were
also posted. Finally, Bella Medspa has been added as a Proud Sponsor in our Partners in the Community page
for the its wonderful donation of printing fees for the directory.

11, 2009:
The website was updated with information on the Publishing Center.
December 7, 2009:
The website was updated with new weekly reminders, our 2009
Reflections and Turkey Trot winners, information on the Holiday Basket Raffle, message from our PTA president, Approved minutes
from the September PTA meeting, our approved 2009-2010 Standing Rules, Information on a lacrosse league for girls, K-Kids
calendar, December Reading Incentive calendar and an NC Red Cross Blood drive.

29, 2009:
The website was updated with new weekly reminders, our 2009 Reflections winners, information on the Holiday
Basket Raffle and a message from our PTA president.
November 22, 2009:
The
website was updated with new weekly reminders, I.M. Volleyball information, our December Market Day specials and an update
on the Books For One Campaign.
November 15, 2009:
The website was updated
with new weekly reminders as well as information on the Wellness Committee's Turkey Trot, the Citadel Heart of Learning
Award and the K-Kids winter coat drive.
November 9, 2009:
The website was
updated with the Innisbrook delivery date information.
November 8, 2009:
The website has been updated with information about the new security system in operation at the school, RAPTOR - V soft
technology. Information on the Ski for free program for 4th and 5th graders has also been added as well as the cross
country results and the Coach Purse Bingo fundraiser.
November 4, 2009:
The
website has been updated with the cancellation of the November 11th PTA meeting due to a conflict. Also added were new
photo galleries for Red Ribbon Week assembly and the Halloween activities. Under Community events we have information on
a Coach Purse Bingo fundraiser for the French Creek playground.
November 3, 2009:
The website has been updated with our Fall Festival page and American Education
Week classroom visitation flyer.
November 1, 2009:
The website has been updated
with information on the Holiday Learning Express Fundraiser, Books for One campaign of the Fall Book Fair, Sick Day Guidelines,
Photo Galleries from Red Ribbon Week and spring bulb planting, Dream Catcher Farm's equine assisted psychotherapy
programs and information to be presented by at the next PTA meeting.

25, 2009:
The website has been updated with information on I.M. Hockey, Norchester Boys Basketball program,
the OJR School Board Candidates Forum and a Market Day dessert donation campaign for a local food pantry.
October 20, 2009:
The website has been updated with information on Make a Difference Day and a letter from the
school nurse.
October 18, 2009:
The website has been updated with new weekly
reminders and additional information and a parent handout on Red Ribbon Week. The photo gallery page contains photos
of the student scarecrows. The Market Day November Special has also been announced.

The website has been updated with the WVES Flu Clinic information and link to the clinic website to reserve
a time.
October 11, 2009:
The website has been updated with information on our
Terracycle program, Campbell soup collections, Spring bulb collection for the outdoor classroom, Red Ribbon
Week details, Reading Incentive winners, the Wellness Committee's apple crunch event and the new weekly announcements
and reminders.
October 4, 2009:
The website
has been updated with the new weekly announcements and deadlines as well as the 2009 Fall Book Fair information.
WVES cookbooks are still for sale and a link to information was added under our fundraisers. A message from out PTA
Board "PTA - Why get involved???" was added. Information on the Education Foundation's Chili Cook off
has been added to the Community Events page.
September 27, 2009:
The
website has been updated with the latest weekly reminders and deadlines. The Innisbrook fundraiser page shows a cost
comparison to show the value of Innisbrook products. There are many new volunteer opportunities on the "How can
I help?" page. The school based programs page has information on Flag football and cross country races. New
community events include several FIT events and a West Vincent Township. See the calendar for all community and
school events coming up. Finally an update of the PA school funding campaign is also available on our website.
September 21, 2009:
The website has been updated with ordering details
for the Innisbrook fundraiser.
September 20, 2009:
The website has
been updated more photos and description for Spiritwear, photos from the Back to School Bash, the week's handouts and
flyers are on the Handouts page, additional information has been added to the Reflections webpage and details for
the school autism walk-a-thon were added to the School based progams page. Check out the Clubs and Organizations
pages for new information on the OJR Swimming and Diving program, the free Wildcat Lacrosse clinic. Under the School
Initiatives page, links have been added for several graphic organizers that parents can use to help their kids with
writing projects at home.
September 13, 2009:
The website has been updated with information on
the 2009 Reflections program, Kidstuff Coupon book fundraiser, Innisbrook fundraiser, WV Football Night, Spiritwear, Fit Fest
details, I.M. Soccer, a field hockey clinic as well as any handouts and flyers that were distributed this week. Details
of a flu shot clinic at the school are noted. Additionally, the calendar has been updated with new events, dates and
any associated details.
September 7, 2009:
The website has been updated with new requests for volunteers at the Back to School Bash. The Handouts
page contains several new flyers that will be handed out this week. Information on the Walk Now for Autism fundraiser
and registration forms for the 2009/2010 Green Valleys Nature Explorer afterschool program can be found under the Clubs and
Organizations page. Details on the welcome lunch for all new OJR students in grades 1-6 has been added to
the homepage. A copy of this year's Unfundraiser flyer has been added to the Unfundraiser page.
August 30, 2009:
The website
has been updated with details regarding babysitting at our PTA meeting and information on Boy Scout Troop 401 can be found
on the Clubs and Organizations page.
August 20, 2009:
The website has been updated with new pta
membership forms, volunteer signup forms, a new fundraiser page for the Kidstuff coupon book fundraiser, Market
Day news, a request for baby sitters for PTA meetings and the new 2009/2010 girl scout application. Details
on the September Fit Fest are found on the Calendar and under Events on the Clubs and Organizations page. Visit the
Collections page for information of our new recycle program, Terracycle and to see all our collection programs that allows
our school to receive funds through several different company programs and support schools (Box tops, Target Visa, Ink
and Toner cartridges, etc). Finally several new volunteer opportunities are available. See the details on
the home page and under the "How can I help" page under Volunteer Policy.
July 24, 2009:
The website was updated to reflect our new 2009/2010 school year. Our new PTA
officers' email addresses have been added as well as a message from our new PTA president. The weekly reminders
for events happening over the the summer are posted as well as the school supply list and the required reading assignments.
The Calendar page has been updated with the current list of PTA events for the upcoming school year. The PTA Info
and Committee pages were also updated to reflect the new officers and their responsibilities. Finally, I new Photo Gallery
page has been created and appears on the navigation bar. As space allows, we will keep previous year's photo galleries
there as well as the current year's photos.
