This year West Vincent has an online directory that is also smartphone compatible.  If you have not added your information yet please do so at the following webpage.  You can have as much or as little information as you are comfortable with.

Once we have more families signed up we will also have a printable PDF version that you can print off of the directory website if you prefer a hardcopy.  Everything is password protected. You will receive an email from westvincentdirectory@gmail.com once your information is added to the directory. This email will include your unique username and password. Once logged on you can change them to something you will remember.

Updating Directory Information

Go to this website to make any corrections to your family’s directory information. Also make sure you contact Diane Banks at DBanks@ojrsd.com to update the emergency information on file for your child.

Accessing the family directory on your smartphone

Here is the link for access to the family directory on your smartphone. iPhones, phones with the Android operating system and newer Blackberry phones are supported.

Open the following link on your smartphone: http://mydirectorydigital.com/iphone

Follow these steps to create an icon on your phone for quick access (instructions may vary depending on the smartphone you are using):

1. Open the link in the browser

2. Select the "+" icon on the bottom of your window and select "Add to Home Screen"

3. In the new window select Add. You can change the text under the icon if you wish.

If you wish the program to remember your user name and password on the iPhone (for all other smartphones, use the instructions for saving logon information in your browser that come with your phone):

1. Go to Settings on your phone

2. Select Safari (or other browser)

3. Select Autofill

 4. Turn Names & Passwords ON
