Print and send your order form and payment (make checks out to West Vincent PTA) in an envelope marked
"West Vincent PTA - Attn: Spirit Wear" to the school office.
How long
will it take for me to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order for in-stock merchandise within
3-5 school days. These items will be delivered to the Spirit Wear bin in the WVES main office during school hours.
What happens if my item doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?
We have in-stock
inventory available while supplies last and will exchange an item if we have the desired size in-stock.
In most cases,
Special Order Items are final sale. Be sure to consult the size charts in the catalog and consider ordering larger than you
think you'll need to get more than one year's usage out of it.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
At school events, such as the Back to School Bash, we accept cash, credit cards
and checks made payable to West Vincent PTA.
For orders sent to the school office in an envelope, please enclose a check
made payable to West Vincent PTA.
