How can I buy West Vincent Spirit Wear?

Attend the Back to School Bash on Friday, September 9, from 5:00-7:30 p.m. and look for our table! We will have all of the new fall items available for sale, plus undecorated samples of the Special Order Items! You may also place your order for the Special Order Items (hoodies, flannel pants and polo shirts) during the Bash.

If you want to place your order early or can't make it to the Bash, download the Spirit Wear Catalog PDF with size charts and order form. Print and send your order form and payment (make checks out to West Vincent PTA) in an envelope marked "West Vincent PTA - Attn: Kate Simko" to the school office.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order for in-stock merchandise within 3-5 school days. Orders will be delivered to your child during school hours.
Special Item Orders and payment are due no later than Friday, September 23, 2011. Special Items will be delivered 3 weeks later on October 17, 2011.

What happens if my item doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?

We have in-stock inventory available while supplies last and will exchange an item if we have the desired size in-stock.
In most cases, Special Order Items are final sale. Be sure to consult the size charts in the catalog and consider ordering larger than you think you'll need to get more than one year's usage out of it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At school events, such as the Back to School Bash, we accept cash, credit cards and checks made payable to West Vincent PTA.
For orders sent to the school office in an envelope, please enclose a check made payable to West Vincent PTA.
