Here is a current list of ways you can help
out your school community right now. The opportunities are divided into PTA and Classroom volunteerism. Be
sure to look at both sections. Your help can be in all kinds of ways - volunteering your time, your expertise or through
donations. Be advised that some tasks will require proper security clearances.
Click here for more info on the necessary clearances.
Thanks for your help!

The newly formed West Vincent Walking Club is looking for volunteers to come in during
recess to help monitor the students that participate and to log their laps. The time frame would be from 10:40 to 12:30. We
will be filling the volunteer slots according to grade. Volunteers can work more than one recess if they are available. Click here for more details and the volunteer form.

If you are interested in volunteering at our Publishing Center,
please contact me at your earliest convenience (as we will need to schedule training sessions). We especially need help
on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I can be reached either by email: SheilaMeyer@comcast.net or by phone 610-613-4057.
Do you like
to take pictures? Well why not help out with the yearbook this year. We would like to have at least one volunteer
for each classroom. You will be responsible for taking or gathering pictures of the students in the class and helping
to put together the candids page. The software is easy to use and the yearbook committee is available to provide lots
of help. If interested or you have any questions please contact Mary Kwiatkowski at marykwiatkowski@comcast.net.
Interested in helping out but don't
have time to be the classroom coordinator? Just send along any pictures you take at school or school or PTA sponsored
events to marykwiatkowski@comcast.net.
Our new Terracycle program needs volunteers
to help sort the recyclables collected. Please email Heather Delong if interested in helping.
Chairperson and volunteer positions are still available for the 2009/2010 school year. Click here to see the opportunities that are open!
