                                                     Parents: We need your assistance!

MR. HINEMAN IS LOOKING FOR PARENT VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH THIS YEAR'S GAME DAY. THIS YEAR'S GAME DAY WILL BE ON THURSDAY, MAY 28th (K-3rd) FRIDAY, May 29th (4th-6th). VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO AN EVENT TO RUN. ALL DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED AND THE EVENT WILL ALREADY BE SET UP UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE ASSIGNED TIMES AS IT WILL GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS THE STATIONS WHILE MAKING SURE ALL STATIONS HAVE A PARENT VOLUNTEER. PARENT VOLUNTEERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THEIR OWN CHILD PERFORM IN NUMEROUS STATIONS AS WELL.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP, PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THIS FORM AND RETURN IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER. IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF PARENT VOLUNTEERS DID NOT BRING YOUNGER SIBLINGS TO GAME DAY AS THEY WILL HAVE THEIR HANDS FULL ALREADY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT!

Game Day Volunteer Form

Mr. Hineman is also looking for parents who can provide the following items to help make this years field day a greater success!

Ice & Cut-Up Fruit
To help beat the heat we are looking for a multitude of parents who could provide 1 gallon zip-lock bags full of cut-up fruit to provide snacks for the children. This fruit should be brought the morning of your child's game day and delivered to the top of the hill facing the school. We also need bags of ice and water coolers (last names written on the cooler itself please). If you are able to provide either of these items, please fill out the bottom portion of this note and return it to your child's classroom teacher ASAP!
