Walk To School Day - October 4, 2017

Join students, families, and school leaders on October 4 to celebrate the benefits of walking to school during International Walk to School Day.

Students can gather in the parking lot of the Henrietta Hankin Library and will walk as a group along the path the West Vincent Elementary School.  In conjunction with the West Vincent Police Department, Chester County District Attorney’s office and the staff of West Vincent we will be meeting at the Henrietta Hankin Library parking from 7:45 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. the assembled group will walk from the library to the school.  Police will be on hand to stop traffic along Rt. 401 at the time of crossing.

This has been a great way to start the day in the past and we are looking forward to it again this year!
