What is the Unfundraiser?
Gone are the days of selling gift wrap, magazines and coupon books! Our non-selling approach to fundraising allows 100% of your contribution to go directly to the West Vincent PTA.
This year, we will again run a check-writing campaign called the Unfundraiser. We have received favorable feedback and would like to continue to use the Unfundraiser to meet the majority of our school's fundraising goals.
In addition to the Unfundraiser, we will also have the Wildcat Walk-a-thon and Book Fair that, together, will support the many great PTA-sponsored programs without the need for the small ticket sales of products.
What your donation provides?
When considering contributing to this campaign, remember every child at West Vincent benefits from your donation! Your gift supports great programs such as:
Curriculum stipends for teachers
Annual philanthropic gift to the school
Student activities and clubs including the Reflections art contest, International Night, West Vincent's Got Talent, All Pro Dads breakfasts, Reading incentives and Bingo Nights
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, your donation is 100% tax deductible. The West Vincent PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are also eligible for Corporate Matching Programs.
When donating online, you will receive an emailed receipt from Paypal. Or if you prefer to send a check into the school office, just let us know if a receipt is needed.
Who donates to the Unfundraiser?
The West Vincent PTA would love 100% participation this year! Any donation is greatly appreciated. Every dollar supports the numerous programs for the students at West Vincent Elementary School. Any donor that contributes $100 or more will be recognized on this PTA website as a Wildcat Donor!
Remember to let grandparents, aunts, uncles and family members know about our Unfundraiser if they would typically help out your child’s school.
Can I send in a check donation?
Yes, of course! If you would prefer to send a check, please print the Unfundraiser Donation Form [pdf] and return it to the school office in an envelope labeled "PTA Unfundraiser".
